The appreciation in real estate business in the City of Bangalore Karnataka State - India) and its suberbs has seen a tremndous peak due to mainly the incoming MNC's who buy and/or lease buildings and lands for establsihing their already reputed business entities elsewhere in other countries but just to reduce their overheads and get cheap skilled labour from India where the It workforce is found easily and who render their usually costly service for 20 of those rendering outside India. The recently coming up New International Airport in the Devenahalli area, North of bangalore Dt. have seen a very hike in the land price from 20 to 400 within the last 2/3 years. Yhe climate of India and especially that of Bangalore is also attributing a very good support to the incoming foreigners where they enjoy a very uniform and a sunny climate without the extremes in their countries.
