Heading overseas in September and looking for someone to take over my lease! Nice sized one-bedroom apartment (approx 600 sq. ft.), newly renovated building (and aparment itself), all amenities included for $769/month (without parking $729/month). Located in Avalon Park (very close to Elmvale), EXTREMELY clean building, outdoor pool, gym in basement and laundry facilities. North-West facing balcony, new appliances - I really can't say enough about it here and am actually very sad to have to leave it. As I have lots of planning to do for my future, please only email or call me if you're genuinely interested *and* if you will pass a credit check. The rental company is CLV Group and require anyone doing a lease reassignment to have worked at their current job for 3 months (or more, obviously)... and to earn I reckon a minimum annual salary of $26k. |
