one bedroom aprt: one bedroom + one living room + kitchen (stove, big fridge included) +big balcony + washroom&bath facility + 3 in-wall big closets + one private storage room outside the apartment with your own lock. the apartment is really big for one bedroom. the apartment is totally reinovated with new carpet, painting, and everything. the building hallways, doors and elevetors were all reinovated and the building is in excellent condition. the apartment is in uplands drive. it's 100-200 feet from hunt club plaza with eveything you may need (A&P, Rogers Video, Drug store, quickies, baskin robins, canada post..etc). it's 10-30 feet from the nearest bus stop with 3 different buses that take you to downtown or southkeys. I have to leave due to travel circumestances otherwise i would never leave it. the rent is 720$/month including everything+ optionally 40$ |
