House features: nice large living room with excellent view of the lake and the islands; nice walkout basement at lake level (the home was built near the lake ..35 ft from the shoreline back in 1971. New high efficiency propane furnace and all new duct work was contractor installed back in the fall of 2002. That same year..a new high end wood stove (Vermonte Castings) was installed with a new modern wood stove chimney. |
