I have a nice cozy 4 season home fsbo on Clayton Lake..1 mile west of Clayton Village on the north shore of the lake (the sunny side). House has had upgrades such as all new duct work and high efficiency furnace put in fall of 2002. Same year..new vermont castings woodstove and chimney. Ive started replacing the kitchen cupboards..would be easy to finish..used generic home depot white cupboards. Bathroom has upgrades as well. Nice large kitchen and living room with a gorgeous view of the lake and islands. NOTE: Not only is this house on a double lot..but as well there are 9.1 acres of land and conservation area. Gives additional privacy and there is alot of space for gardening and working in the woods ect. For the sportsman..lots and lots of deer on the property. Across the bay on my 1 acre woodlot..there are opportunities to hunt both wild turkey and deer. I have done alot of landscaping on the property as |
