Fortaleza, the capital of Ceara, used to be the in the number four position, but in 2005 it rocketed to the top and became the "Number 1" Tourist Destination in Brazil" surpassing even Rio de Janeiro. This is due to the friendly local people, fantastic beaches, warm water, clean air and over 300 days a year of sunshine.

We have expanded from only health treatments to offer services for travel, real estate, company formation, aquaculture investment and an online university. Our immigration department offers the new "Fast Track Permanent Visa Program" which can be completed in only 45 days.

Many people are deciding to move to Ceará now and many more are ready to retire in the near future. There will be 75 million "Baby Boomers" retiring from the USA by 2010. With the low cost of living, inexpensive real estate, beautiful beaches and year round sunny weather, Ceará is the perfect choice.

A new immigration law was passed in 2004 reducing the investment from US200,000 down to only US50,000 for a permanent residency status. Due to political circumstances, citizens of certain countries find it difficult to travel abroad and are confronted with strict visa requirements each time they want to enter a foreign country.
