The upstairs apartment is about 100 m2 and includes an L shaped open plan lounge, single bedroom used as an office, double bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen. The reception opens onto a large terrace with super views.
Access is by quiet country lane (previously a mule track, it has now been tarmaced over)and the village is 5 minutes in the car. Fuengirola is about 15 minutes, Marbella about 30 minutes, Malaga airport abit 30 as well and our nearest shopping mall at Coin about 10 minutes drive. So for a quiet country location we are very conveniently placed!
Our land is terraced and well maintained and includes orange, lemon, avocado, kaki, quince and apricot trees. There is also a registered well we don't use and swimming pool with great views. Car parking is scattered around the property and could easily be increased.
Everything is well maintained and you can move straight in.
