Angthong Hills - Seaview Apartments. Angthong Hills is situated above the village of Bang Po on the northern coast of the idyllic tropical island of Koh Samui. The land at Bang Po is zoned for residential use only and commands an above average price on the island that has ensured that developments in this area are higher-end and more exclusive. A large percentage of the land in Bang Po is green zone and as such will not be subject to any further development.
On June 2nd 2004 a 35 rai plot of heavily forested hillside sea view land was acquired and with a great amount of hard work and vision, Angthong Hills was established. Since then there have been two subdivisions to the land and 28 villa lots were formed, with 6 rai for apartments and 1 rai for a clubhouse/restaurant. In the first 12 months the water system and a three-phase electrical system was installed, all internal roads were completed and a 5 meter wide 1.4km access road with drainage linking the site with the main ring road around the island.
