Position

Prestigious villa placed in a very beautiful panoramic position, 2km far
from the sea on the side of a green hill near the road which leads to the
Old Pine-Forest of Furci Siculo (ME). In the surrounding area there are
numerous testimonies of history, art, culture and the Siculan Folkore,
which give the villa the possibility to be the starting point of many
interesting trips. At about 100km far it is possible to visit the
pine-forest : a wonderful oasis of nature where numerous animals (some
faced with the danger of extinction) live in their environment: the
nature. The villa is only 10km far from Taormina.

Building

The villa is composed by a main building which can guest until 8 persons
and by an annex furnished with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The
buildings of the complex, have been recently renovated, and have the style
of the ancient Siculan rural homes of the 19th century: stone walls,
terracotta pavings, ceiling with wood beams and pianelle (a local brick),
with fireplaces in the rooms. The rooms are furnished with particular
taste and give the sensation of family warmth and they are typical of the
country villas. The rooms have all toilets, heating system, satellite TV,
air conditioning and a wonderful view on the torrent Savoca valley.
External pool with panoramic view of Savoca, Grotte, the beautiful coast
of Jonica and Reggio Calabria and on the magnificent Jonio Sea. Billiard
room with cellar, meeting-place rooms, reading rooms. All this will allow
you to spend hours in contact with nature and calm, finding again old
sensations.
