CD0124 The property is situated in the heart of Burgundy within easy reach from Paris (2.5 hours TGV plus bus), near The airport of St.

Yan and 7 hours drive from Calais, Roanne: 25 km. It has international reputation for carp fishing.

The main lake 5 ha has 15 pegs for fishing with a norm of 10 to 12 anglers maximun at one time. The first 5 pegs are in front of chalets, one of which suited for handicaped persons with ramp access and a purpose built platform equipped with fish handling and weighing apparatus.

The banks are flat and there is ample space for bivvies in front of the chalet. The lake is fairly shallow, around 1,2 meters deep however about 1,80 meters near the dam end.

There is a central channel that runs down the middle of the water. The property is very special and one can combine large carp fishing with family vacations.
