About the Complex:
The Purpurna Zvezda Complex has been devised and designed to combine the romantic spirit of the resort, the beauty of nature and the functionality of the modern building. The favorable location of the Complex provides its guests with quick access to the following neighboring sites:
- The Golden Sands Resort (within 8 km or 5 miles);
- The Center of the city of Varna (within 8 km or 5 miles). The excellent infrastructure allows quick and comfortable approach to the center of the town;
- The Varna International Airport (within 15 km or 9 miles);
- The Port of Varna (within 10 km or 6 miles).

Regular town buses run every ten minutes (from 6.00 A.M. till 11.00 P.M.) from the resort to Varna. Many minibuses and route-taxis are another alternative for quick transport to Varna.

The Purpurna Zvezda Complex is a semi-circular building consisting of one underground and six aboveground levels. The building hosts 59 apartments ranging in area from 69 to 145 square meters. Each apartment has its living room area, one, two or three bedrooms, kitchen and sanitary unit. The terraces look over to the romantic Park of the Resort.
The apartments will be finished to a high degree of luxury and will be equipped with local air-conditioning and hot water supply system. The underground level hosts a parking area.

The building will be finished before June 2007.

All apartments will be finished as follows:
The floor coverings will be made of granite for the stairwells and granite and ceramics for the foyer areas. The entrance and interior doors will be MDF and the bathroom flooring and tiling will be supplied by Italian and Spanish producers. The windows are of PVC frames. The residents of the Complex will fully avail of the services offered by the structure management: open-air swimming pool, fitness center, open-air restaurant.
