AAD0004 Very important hunting ground with approximately 270 ha in one single contenant in the south of the department La Vienna in the Charente. A quality hunting ground - with approval of the department, La Vienna, Charente or National, only or in group, without shot limitations, with dog, allone or in accompanying.

Sales of the agricultural equipment and warrens included, as well as the business for the hunt and fishing.   The reception of the hunters is direct in the hunting pavilion, with numerous doghouses, opposite a big building with the flight game, and annex for the wardrobe and independent showers.

  The opening of the hunting season is distributed at the beginning of September to partridges, red chickens and pheasants, with more than 30000 animals for 9 weeks. From the 15th of November to the 9th of January 7 animals per hunter are released.

Also on the property: ducks, agricultural land, used for sorghos, sunflowers or corn. An excellent flat area for the hunter.

It is also possible to receive a guide accompanying with dogs. The daily hunting program, begins at 8.

30 o'clock in the morning with a lunch, then the hunt, the lunch in the hunting lodge at 12 o'clock, and ends in the evening with "bourriche" from 7 animals per hunter. The meels are guaranteed by the staff and taken in a hall with fire-place.

  The hunt on wild rabbit:  A park for rabbit and deer, 50 ha closed with rears, wild breeding, meadows and small forests. The ensemble is converted with avenues for the hunt on wild rabbit.

The hunt during the day is without shot limitation with subdivision of the prey from 17 o'clock in the afternoon. The hunt can be done with own dogs or with those by the property.

  Fishing:  In the centre of the property are situated 4 ponds, one of it has 7 ha, 2 ponds are specially in the category of closed waters (no obligatory angler's licence necessary). One is 2,40 ha, the other 7,40 ha.

 Without austerity of the income you will be able to catch big rainbow trouts, Fario, well salmons, pikes, pike-perches, black bass, sturgeons etc. Fishing is opened every day beyond the shooting season.

Camping is permitted, and for the piknick an area with fire-place is available, for family and friends of the anglers.
