N4660011 The Palace is situated in the big landscape park from the middle of XIX century in the small village close to Kutno. The Palace was built probably by Marcin Czajkowski at the turn of the centuries XVIII and XIX.
It was rebuilt in the French style with classical elements in the last quarter of XIX century. During the II world war, there was a hospital for German soldiers and after 1945 till the middle of 80s there was National Orphanage.
The nearest town, Kutno, is situated in the centre of Poland (21 km from its geometrical centre), at the intersection of important international communication routes: E-30 (Berlin Moscow) and E-75 (Gdansk Vienna) and near to the planned motorway A-1 (North South). Kutno is one of the largest railway junctions in Poland.
It is linked with many important cities and centers in Poland and Europe (e.g.
with Berlin, Cologne, Moscow, Warsaw, Lodz, Poznan, Szczecin). Kutno has industrial areas, located particularly in Kutno Agro Industrial Park with its advantages: trunk-line with developed railway sidings network, neighborhood of international roads, heating plant, Municipal Group Sewage Treatment Plant, electric and telephone network, goodwill and help of municipal authorities, encouraging new investors.
