HU0066 The small, former breakfast pension lies near Eisenerz in a small, pleasant village.  The house was partially built in 1959 and finished in 1968.

 The ground floor is divided as follows: anteroom, 3 guest rooms, ladies WC and mens WC, kitchen and still another room.  There are stairs leadingn to the 2nd floor where there is an apartment with 3 rooms, bathroom, WC, and 3 guest rooms.

 The house is fully built, car-parks are in front of the house and there are also 2 garages existing.  The restaurant has more than approx.

35 spots and the terrace has more than approx. 16 seats.

The oil-fired heating as well as the roof were both redone a few years ago. The majority of the furniture (from tableware, bar, tables, armchairs, kitchen facility to washer, dryer.

..

) are still there.  There is also a tiled stove which is in the restaurant.

 It is no new object, however one could do some very beautiful things with it!
