The property is situated on the edge of the village of Sao Pedro near Tomar in central Portugal. The historic town of Tomar is around 10 minutes drive from the property. The property is easy to access and has good road links to the IC3 dual carriageway. The property is also a short drive from Castelo do Bode lake, which is popular for all kinds of water sport activities. The closest airport to the property is at Lisbon, which is around one and a half hours' by car.
