Cottage Two: The second cottage is set over one floor and was originally built in stone. The cottage has been partially restored though internal finishing still needs to be carried out. The cottage measures approximately 36 square metres and is currently all open plan. The cottage has aluminium framed windows and doors.
The property also has a storage building which is located adjacent to cottage one. This storage building is connected to mains electricity and was used as a large, walk in larder for the restaurant, but equally could be used as a utility building.
The property is set on a plot measuring 2,650 square metres, which is fenced. The property has a gated entrance with amply gravel parking.
