N1080093 -Palazzo- stands in the middle of the village, surrounded by green.  The view over the whole village creates a certain dignity for the house.

 The history of ownership goes back to a legendary Roman family. In the past the house also determined the village events when the land belonging to the house was 260 hectares land which, up to 1985, the inhabitants of the village and its surroundings occupied with agriculture, cattle breeding and wine production.

 The exterior appearance was constructed this century.  If you look, however, there are many traces of the original 15th century form when there were numerous small Borgos that are characteristic of Tuscany.

Like a puzzle it was put together piece by piece.  Since the middle of the 18th century the final form began to stand out: Palazzo on the village side, villa to the valley turned with view of the sea.

 We owe to the inspiration to the Italian villas architecture and the influence of the Austrian supremacy.  You can see these influences in the curves, vaults, and the generosity and colorful facilities.

An impressive staircase with patio in the Art Deco style was installed in the end of the 30's. The property today: The property is in an extraordinarily beautiful landscape location on a typical tuscanian hill with a panoramic view.

 The villa and the annex were redeveloped lovingly and luxuriously.  They can be used in private or for a small luxurious hotel.

 A big park with pool is unobservable to the outside world.
