The terraced cottage is set over two floors and has good views over the countryside from the rear patio.
The property is accessed via a set of stone carved stairs to the entrance hall then an archway leads through to a large living room with exposed stone walls, a log burning stove, ceramic tiled floor and wooden beamed ceiling. A doorway, with feature stone lintels, leads through to the kitchen diner. The kitchen has some floor units, a granite work surface and exposed stone walls. There is a family sized bathroom to this floor.
Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase, located in a recessed hall within the living room. The staircase opens up to a landing off which there is a larger vestibule room with a set of patio doors and a wooden staircase leads to an attic. The master suite has an en-suite, fully tiled bathroom with bath. The bedroom has some exposed stone walls and a large, traditional style fireplace. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, both with wooden floors and ceilings. One of the bedrooms has to be accessed through the other.
The property has a large patio to the rear, which has good views over the surrounding countryside. There is a covered dining area, with a barbecue and bread oven. In addition to this there is an open fronted laundry room and a large open fronted garage.
The village of Pedreira, which has several cafe bars, was traditionally the home of stone masons and there are still many hand carved features in and around the village giving evidence of this. It is approx 10 minutes drive from Tomar and Lisbon Airport is 90 minutes drive.
