The property, which is set on a plot measuring 7,000 square metres, is connected to both mains water and electricity and is ideal for someone looking for a property with a good rental potential.

The farm is set in a secluded position on the outskirts of the village of Alverangel, and is a short walk to Castelo do Bode lake, Portugal's second largest reservoir. Although the location of property is popular for purchasers looking for holiday homes, there is a resident population and a lively social community. The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car.
