The property, which comprises two old cottages, is connected to mains water and electricity. The property is situated in the countryside, but is close to the market town of Ansião, which has shops, cafes and a weekly market.
The main cottage is set over two floors and is accessed via an exterior stone half staircase. This entrance leads into a living room, which has a wooden floor and ceiling. Off the living room there are two bedrooms, both of which have wooden floors and ceilings. There is a rustic style kitchen to the rear which has a large, traditional fireplace. There is a partially tiled bathroom to the rear of the cottage, which has a toilet, bidet, pedestal sink and shower.
Adjacent to the bathroom there is a covered veranda, which has an exterior access door leading out to the garden. The ground floor of the cottage is currently being used for storage purposes. The second cottage is also constructed in stone and does require more renovation work. This second cottage has a wooden beamed roof and is divided into several rooms.
In addition to the two cottages, the property also has some brick built animal corrals, which are situated to the left of the first cottage. The cottages are situated on a quiet cobbled road, which only receives local traffic. The closest airport to the property is situated at Porto airport, which is approximately 154 kilometres away.
