Investor group ended up with prime commercial land after original company developer run in to finance problems and could not continue his 100million US project to build the planed Shopping Mall, Convention centre, Hotel, Apartments, Seafront Promenade and Marina Yacht Club. The investor group received the land as collateral to there invested capital, the land legally owned by the investor group and this ownership is supported by a Supreme Court decision. The investor group is now in the process to find a potential buyer for this prime commercial land to recover there original investment input.

                      Positive factor for potential buyer and developers

1) 100 all paperwork in order, ready to be sold tomorrow.
2) Land has resend supporting Supreme Court decision and got released to investor group. Maybe the only land which has this added security and is guaranteed to be clear of any problem. Could be very attractive opportunity for an overseas buyer, knowing the paperwork on the property is 100 in order.
3) Notary will handle any transaction and all paperwork required for a sell of this land on the investor groups behalf.
