Description for this listing

The building site is near Sozopol in the country area called Budjaka with a total building area of 1490 square metres. The two villas of the holiday village each have ten apartments (9 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments).

The holiday area provides a pleasant swimming-pool, refreshing coffee bar in the
open, a guarded car park; all apartments have a wonderful sea view. The village
is only 20 m away from the beach with facilities for windsurfing and historical
ruins.

The property management includes: all-year security guard, maintenance of common
property areas, an yearly inspection and repair of the roof, maintenance of the
garden and the swimming pool. All the mentioned services are included in the
price of 5 euro/ sq.m per year.
The buildings are offered with de-lux finished common property areas, PVC

According to the building schedule the construction will last one calendar year
and will end not later than 31.12.2005. The stages of the construction process
will meet the following dates:

mono block and shower; terracotta tiles on the floors of the halls and
balconies, laminated parquet on the floors of the bedrooms and living rooms;
wall tiles above the kitchen worktop up to the level of the cupboards; mounted
kitchen worktop with cupboards and sink; sink taps; air-conditioner; latex
painting on the walls; installed sockets and switches on the walls.

The price of the apartment, depending on the way of payment, is the following:
- 30 at signing the first contract;
- 40 at the completion of the rough building work- until 01.07.2005ã.;
- 20 at the completion of the finishing work on the common property of the site
- until 30.10.2005;
- 10 at the final transition of the building to owners ? until 31.12.2005.
