LA PIANISTA is a 100-year old Merida, Centro, colonial house with the original structure, including roof and ceilings, completely restored and modernized by the owner in 2007. F
ON TWO LEVELS: on the ground floor is the entrance hall, a 400 square foot living room, a dining room, kitchen, and terrace. There is also a garden, swimming pool with waterfall, outdoor shower, bathroom and bodega [laundry, pool filter machinery, and storage]. A beautiful polished "marmol blanco Bellagio stone floor," with its border of Ticul stone, covers the entire downstairs.
