The bedroom has a king size bed with ample room closed as well as two sofas bed in the living room. Also, it has a dining table fit for four people and balcony, one bathroom with bathtub, shower, cold and hot water. The apartment contains hardwood floor and its provided with cable TV, DVD, basic telephone service, high speed internet access and wireless connection, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric coffee maker, iron/ironing board, kitchenware, duvet feathers, linens, towels, dishes and glasses. All the kitchen utensils needed will be provided to make your stay more comfortable, just like back home.

Barranco is only at a fifteen minutes walking distance from the place. It is a well-known neighborhood because of its history and architecture; Its main park and Republican mansions have been refurbished. It holds frequent concerts and cultural shows along is tree-lined streets. In the Municipal Park you can appreciate statues of Carraras marble, as "The Danaide", Venus or Nymph. Another tourist attraction is the “Puente de los Suspiros” (Bridge of Sighs), a favorite hang-out for courting couples, which is also famous for its seaside drive overlooking the Coast (Costa Verde).

To arrive to the apartment from the airport it only takes 30 minutes, 8 minutes to get to the financial district of San Isidro as well as only 15 min to get to Lima´s colonial downtown.
