An amazing holiday village in Saint Vlas on the frontline and faces south maximazing both sea and the position of the sun, only 35 km. from Bourgas and 30 km. from the nearest airport Sarafovo. It looks out over  the bay towards the beautiful medieval peninsula of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage city, while the lights of Sunny beach/ 8 km by road/ gleam in the south-west. The geographical position provides very pure air. St. Vlas is an attractyive village benefiting from substantial improvments and development, and is fast becoming the "Puerto Banus" of the Black Sea Coast. The village of St. Vlas lies 4 km to the north of Sunny beach resort and 9 km from the town of Nessebar. Nestling under the Stara planina mountain, with a micro-climate that has lonmg been considered by Bulgarians as particulary health-giving. Following the recent completion of its marina, St. Vlas is now the pre-eminent smart destination on the bulgarian coast, confirmed bye the increasing number of moorings luxury yachts. It is also the home of the annual Victory Sailing Regatta.

Apartments, Villas and Facilities

 - A small hotel and around 550 properties are being built in a Thracian style, with its red tiled roofs and deep eaves. Utilising both local wood and stone, the complex marries modern design with the beauty of traditional building. The 'garden' concept is being realised with extensive planting and landscaping.

- Six outdoor pools, a seventh Roman-style pool, and an indoor pool are being provided, with a cascading stream through the village.Using the natural gradient, a high proportion of the apartments, reached by footpaths and bridges over the stream, have a sea view.
- Motor vehicles use the underground car park for approximately 150 cars and have no access to the village area, which is only for pedestrians and electric buggies (which will be provided).

- A 'marina' / boating/ pier, where small craft can be moored, is being built in the water to enhance the exclusivity of the development.
- On-site facilities include shops, banking, 2 tennis courts, beauty salon - and of course a number of bars and restaurants (including a fish restaurant built out over the sea), Spa Club - indoor pool, fitness centr, saunas, turkish steam bath, whirlpool baths, massage treatment room, relaxation area

Property Management

The complex will provide on-site management in Garden of Eden to ensure the maintenance of high standards at a price fixed at €600+VAT per year, and there will be a rental management package to allow our customers to benefit from rental income. The rental service will also offer Bulgarian properties for sale and this will assist with the secondary market i.e. resales, as happy visitors to Garden of Eden may wish to purchase
With expection completion in spring 2009, this is likely to be one of the last beach front developments in the region due to new EU and government restrictions.
