The resort is about 15 minutes drive from Sharm EL Sheikh international airport.

Purchasing method
• Client should transfer the deposit + legal & admin fees to GIP bank account, either in UK or Egypt.
• GIP sends the contract by courier to client to sign and send back to GIP.
• GIP delivers the deposit to Owner Company  
• Immediately after obtaining the contract signed by both parties (client & owner company), GIP is to proceed with legal actions to secure client rights.
• GIP takes care of all money transfers from client to Owner Company to ensure client safety and money delivery on time to avoid in delay penalty.
