The island has a surface of 250,000 square feet or 23,234 square meter. On
the island there is a chalet with two bedroom with living room kitchen and
bathroom. For utilities we use a generator and propane for cooking. The
chalet is in good shape but nothing luxurious, the region is magnific, good
place to fish salmon and trout, hunting is also great an outdoor paradise.
The taxes are only 300,00 a year. This is a private island with only one
owner and only one chalet.
