There is also a bathroom, which is functional though would benefit from modernisation work. Cottage 1: Located behind the house. The property has it's own title deed though is being sold together with the main house. The cottage has three bedrooms. There is a hallway, with part glazed wooden doors as well as a rustic style kitchen, bathroom and living room. In addition to this the cottage also has a storage room.
