A substantial five bedroom guest house with entertainment suite for sale near Alvaiazere in central Portugal. The guest house, which has gardens measuring 7,039 square metres, has been operating for over two years and has a good customer base. The property is being sold as a going concern, though could be converted back into a large, family home quite easily. The property is set over three floors and is a good decorative order. The property was restored and many character features were retained including an exposed stone wall within the dining room. The kitchen is accessed off the breakfast room and is spacious. Off the kitchen there is a separate bakery, which is currently being used as a laundry room. There is also one double bedroom to the ground floor.

Guest Bedrooms: The guest accommodation is accessed via an internal staircase from the ground floor, though are also accessible via an exterior staircase at the front of the house. There are three guest bedrooms, all of which are double. There is also an en-suite bedroom which has bath with shower above, toilet and vanity basin. There is a further bedroom to the second floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase. This bedroom is spacious and and has exposed stone walls and a wooden, sloping ceiling. The bedroom is open plan to a bathroom area, complete with a shower, toilet and pedestal sink.

The property has a garden measuring 7.039 square metres and there is ample parking at the front of the house for up to 10 vehicles. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the house and has been landscaped around with patio areas. The property's land is all mainly flat and has a variety of mature olive trees.
Alvaiázere is approximately five minutes drive from the property. The historic town of Tomar is only 25 minutes drive from the property. The closest airport to the property is situated at Lisbon, which is approximately one and three quarter hours' by car.
