PD0172 THE PROPERTY    In the old village center is this three-sided yard.  The property lies in the west of Dresden in the historic village center.

 It lies on the slope of the Elb valley, in a populated area and a quiet green location with good traffic accessibility and a view of Dresden west and north from 40-m height. The yard consists of three buildings.

 Of these three, the main house as well as the smaller annex are conserved monuments.  These buildings were established in 1804.

 The third house was built in about 1850 and was altered in 1930 to be a dwelling-house.  Originally it was used as an old brewery building.

 The buildings need an extensive reorganization.  All of them have partial old vault cellars.

 The property is 2.300 mē.

                                      The property has a good traffic accessibility. PROJECT The Dreiseithof can be used for living purposes with 11 individually formed apartments.

 The organisation of the yard creates an open, free space for families with children.  3 apartments can be created from a vertical division of the main house in a terraced house form as well as two floor apartments.

 The reorganization of the exterior arrangement including demolition will be split 1/11 per house for all partial owners.   The reorganization for each property can take place all at once, or separately for the separate houses and partial owners.

 If renting is carried out before 2005, a capital investment bonus of 22 (location in the preservation area) or a tax-raised joggle of the reorganization expenses for monuments will be awarded.
