N5870059 More than 1000 square meters of effective area on three floors, this building offers a variety of rooms that can be used for a variety of purposes, e.g.
, vault hall, foyer, large room (for gastronomy possibly) with terrace, former threshing floor could be used for many purposes and has a gallery floor with roof skylight, patio with gallery, suitable for event of all sorts, exhibitions, conferences, studio and workshops. The building was renovated in its original form.
The development is required and the subdivision can be designed according to intended use. The impressive building together with the guesthouse, the former post office and the baroque porch, this is a delightful ensemble.
The building has a brick-work gable, flat-bent roof and unusually rich grid iron work which comes from the heart of the 19th century. From 1880 it served as a horsechanging station for the post (until approx.
1928). In the ground floor there was a big horse stable with its bohemian cap vaults on four granite pillars.
In the south part of the former cowshed are the former Prussian vaults. In the upper floor servants lived which explains the stair accessibility to the dormitories for the horses.
The remaining surfaces in the upper floor and in the attic probably served as warehouse space for hay and grain. The size of the building is similar to that of a castle and it could easily be used for agriculture.
In 1987 it was bought and the renovations began. The new gable facade on the north side forms a closed wall surface interrupts the ground floor with three big original windows and an arched opening.
Through this arched opening you get to a covered path on the inside of the court. In the upper floor of the gable side are 5 small windows with straight lines and design.
On the street side is a rich grid iron work in the brick wall, while the court side consists of a board construction. The former stable, which is in the northern part of the ground floor, feature granite pillars and Bohemian vault construction.
Here there is a new hall which is suitable for all kinds of events. It can be entered through a private entrance with foyer.
