AD0030 This house is on a property that is similar to a park.  It offers a lot of space, including a breakfast room and the possibility to renovate an annex to make it a holiday home.

Here you are not far from the sea or from the highway leading from Bordeaux to Spain (A63).  Consider that you are only 20 minutes from the Atlantic coast, but also ¾ of an hour from Bordeaux (an international airport, TGV railway station, cultural center), 1 ½ hours from Spain and very close to the Pyrenees.

 You can easily go skiing and enjoy a mountain climate, or enjoy the ocean and warm climate.  From March till the end of November, the sun appears and is pleasantly warm outside.

 The winter is mild and short.  The summer can be warm, but also very dry.
