N1390103 At first sight these beautiful dwelling-houses and / or business houses look like twins.  Upon nearer consideration the difference strikes you: one is a solid house, the other a solid framework building.

 Both are connected with each other, however they also have separate exists.  In 2000 and 2001 the 100year-old buildings were lovingly renovated and given new life: comfortable living utilities with small, nice rooms and alcoves, an inner court which is covered and a professional restaurant kitchen.

 The bigger building was used formerly as a restaurant - today the big guest room with tiled stove serves as a living room for the owner.  Altogether the renovation and modernization measures were implemented almost completely.

 In the inner court is a cold storage room and in the workshop you still expect to do some adornment works.  You can furnish the guest room or office however you would like.

 Here 2 or even 3 generations can live comfortably with each other. The houses were designed as a youth facility and this can also be a possibility for another use.
