PD0305 The object was built from 1996 to 1997 as a low energy house on a base plate which only has a partial cellar. In the residential building is a double garage with access to the house.

 It can be converted into a living room.  The floor space in the ground floor is approx.

90 m / ², and approx. 80 m / ² in the upper floor.

The saddleback roof insulated and has an inclination of 40 cm at 34 degrees. The object has a new 1-line chimney, 16/16 cm, and one wall in the living room that is prepared for another fireplace.

 All internal doors, the gewendelte stair as well as the loft railing are made from oak. Entry door balcony railing as well as window and rafters from yew.

 The windows are fom conifer wood and correspond to the highest standards. In the ground floor there are tiles in most rooms.

Every floor has a sanitation facility. Both bathrooms were tiled completely.

A washing table, a WC as well as a shower in the color "Calypso" were recently installed. The bath in the ground floor is in the color "Pergamon".
