Position

The villa is located in the town centre of Stresa, a well-known and international holiday resort, which is famous above all for the Borromean Islands that are an easily reachable destination of the national and international tourism. Stresa is easily accessible via the motorway and the railway, which makes it possible to reach Malpensa Terminal 1 and the town centre and consequently the villa in 1h30minutes.

Building

The villa is in excellent conditions and has just been renovated. The property is on 4 levels: on the basement floor: large two-car garage and utility rooms.
