1965.  In 1996 it was completely renovated.

     Effective area: carport, garage with laundry room and storeroom, covered terrace, massive gardening house.     Utilities:  Massive construction, red brick with gray joints, dark pantile, partial white aluminum or plastic windows with insulating glaze, shutters, gas heating (renewed in 2003), bath in the ground floor has bright tiles with shower and tub, floor in the ground floor is completely tiled, ceilings are panelled, bright walls, dormitories in the upper floor have PVC floors, all utilities like electricity, water and gas have new connections.

 The pond, lawn, trees and ornamental shrubs  decorate the garden.   Can be taken over after appointment.
