N2290017 Utilities: The building was fitted out individually with lifted utilities.  The large hall, living room, dining room and bedroom as well as the kitchen were fitted out by native carpenters with the best materials.

 In the living and dining area there is a tiled stove.  Near the bath is a sauna.

 Oil-fired central heating as well as additional under-floor heating provide enough warmth.  The extra apartment in the attic has its own entrance.
