I love the location and the flat itself :
It has high ceilings, old style molding,the room is huge and sunny,
the central heating makes it very cosy in the winter and it's nice to
see the kids and dogs playing in the parc, the bathroom is neat and
comfortable.

Berg, I was always envied for this appartment. Oderberger Str /
Eberswalder Str, right across the famous Mauerpark and just one street
off Kastanienallee, the nicest and hippest area of the city, very
close to the gallery district and just a few minutes away by U-Bahn or
bike to all major places of interest (Dom, Museumsinsel, Television
Tower, ..)
Near shops, close to U-bahn (underground) and tram, many restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is the first floor "Vordehaus "(on the street side), the
room has a nice view over the park. and the bathroom has a window to
the courtyard side.
I can leave some minimal furnishing if you want – matress, chairs, table etc.
