There are 6 different variations in plans in addition to the true Si He Yuan design (floor plan 'I'). All are based on traditional style of extended family homes; there is no other property developer with these types of homes.  

The kitchens are mainly laid out according to the Western style; most homes also have a Chinese kitchen that is a separate room in the kitchen with a door that closes to contain the smoke of Cantonese style cooking especially.

The homes without indoor parking have parking spaces in the front of the home.

The subdivision layout is included. At present there is no supermarket nearby, however; there is an area set aside near the clubhouse for a medium to large sized Carrefore, Wellcome or Park N' Shop supermarket, these are the main supermarket chains of China.  

The prices of the homes are in square meters. Homes that are decorated and furnished are priced additionally by square meters.

Plan A homes are located in a newly constructed area just south of West - 06 Road. There are 5 plan A homes: 05-05, & 05-03 and South of West - 04 Road are house numbers 04-05, 04-03, and 04-01.

Plan H is a 2-story duplex that faces another 2-story plan H duplex across an open courtyard.

For the sake of saving space, on some of the restrooms I wrote "W.C." and others "Full Bathroom." The WC's have a shower, toilet and sink and are not considered "½ baths." The Full Bathrooms have both shower and tub.
