 Nice apartment for a family. Newly renovated, 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, move-in condition, the 16 m2 terrace connected with the bedroon on the second floor is my favorite. It is fantastic to sit there watching the moon and stars on summer nights. 10-minutes' driving to Xujiahui(a nice and expensive area in Puxi), while you only pay 30-50 of that price. It is a great deal if you have a car and you like quiet and safe area.
