One of the beautiful brand new (built in 2005) two dozen villas of a private gated community, Azelea Villa (villa number 12) is just off the large pool next to the private parking lot. The villa is surrounded with mandarin groves and lush green gardens. Security and maintenance is provided year around by local staff. This two story villa has all the amenities you need and can easily accommodate six to eight guests for a relaxed care-free vacation. The second floor offers a large master bedroom suite with private bathroom and balcony, two bedrooms with their own shared bathroom . A beautiful terrace overlooking the villa complex and the pool with a fantastic view of the village and Yalikavak landscape. First floor offers a large living room opening to a veranda, dinning room, a large bathroom, storage room, five full view windows-doors for plenty of light, a fully furnished kitchen with oven-stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The large living room is furnished with an L-shaped corner sofa that can also sleep another couple just in case you need more room for your guests. Antique dinning room table sits six to eight for your meals prepared in the beautiful and practical kitchen. All floors have climate control (AC and heat).

Availability:
The Azelea Villa (villa number 12) is available year around. Every season has its charm and beauty.  Arrangements can be made to have guests picked up from the Bodrum Milas airport (or even from the Izmir International airport only 3 hours away). We can also help guests with all their vacation planning needs, such as guided tours of Bodrum and all surrounding areas, car rentals, blue voyage type private boat tours (gullet boats, etc...), even maid and catering services, let us know what you need and we would be glad to help out. Why spend time in a hotel full of strangers when you can have your own private villa for a week or a month.

Availability and Booking details:
The booking prices we will provide are for the entire villa accommodation (and not per person - please note that the villa can accommodate 6 to 8 persons) , including your water and electric usage. Transfers to and from the Milas airport in Bodrum are not included. We can make arrangements for you with the local car rental and transfer companies to have you picked up from the airport and also help you rent a car, if needed. This will be done by local Yalikavak service providers and you will have to pay for their services directly. We do not represent, nor work with then, nor received any type of commission from them. We can only coordinate these services for you as a courtesy and to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay in our property.

This is a private gated community, with our own private parking and 24-hour security.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 31 October.

You have to abide by the Villa Association rules and regulations. We can provide you with a copy of the rules list if you wish.

This is a no smoking property. However, you can indulge in smoking in the privacy of the terrace.

This is a self-catering villa. We provide the necessary linens and bath towels but you must bring your own swimming towels. Additional house cleaner service can be provided locally, at additional cost, on request. Please let us know ahead of schedule if you wish maid services so we can make arrangement.
