Our company is based on Sheikh Zayed Road next to Mazaya Centre. We deal in real estate brokerage commercial and residential; we also provide assistance to clients for financing and refinancing of properties with lower interest rates than subscribed upon purchase of the property.
Our multilingual staff is composed of 11 members, a General Manager who has over 10 years experience of luxury real estate brokerage on the French Riviera, a Sales and Financing Manager who managed a Century 21 franchise for 15 years in California USA, 7 property consultants all with at least a year of experience in Dubai and last but not the least 2 customer service executives.
Our company benefits of a source of clientel through agencies located in different European countries that seek “Investors” for their customers and Dubai is one of the preferred locations.
Indeed we market and advertise with them the different developments available in Dubai, promoting the sea and sun atmosphere all year round and other extravagant and entertaining activities Dubai offers, of course not forgetting the exemption of taxation.
Alongside European magazines such as Residence, Properties and Escape, we advertise in Russian magazines such as Residence Russia, Home Overseas and GLT Magazine.
We also advertise in our neighbour country Iran, which has shown to be useful, especially in the “Hamshari” newspaper and in “Peack” magazine.
Our goal today is to establish a close relationship with selected developers, working hand in hand order to reach optimum professionalism to satisfy clientele demand.
