We are a couple, sole occupiers, looking to rent a fully furnished room with A/C in a 5 room HDB flat.

Amenities include: Personal Tv with cable services, wireless broadband internet, cupboard, bed, shelves, study, kitchen and laundry access.

Our flat is newly renovated so flatsharers can enjoy freshly painted rooms, brand new lighting, spotless floor, clean and pleasant bathroom with full amenities, also newly installed. A modern kitchen fully equipped with necessary appliances - Cooker hood and hob, microwave, hot water dispenser, refrigerator.

Its a 5 mins walk to the stadium and sports center. There's a 24hr food center located at the foot of our block. Its also a 10-15 min walk to
Jurong Point Mall (http://www.jurongpoint.com.sg)/Boon Lay MRT Station. Alternatively, the public bus journey consists of about 3 stops before arriving at the MRT station. Drivers can enjoy the easy and convenient access of the PIE and AYE which is located right at our doorstep. It is a 15-20 mins drive to town.

Our rent charged includes utilities payment.

Overall, the most important thing to consider would be the convenient accessibility of our flat, the excellent amenities available nearby and the fact that everything in our flat is brand new, waiting for someone to move in and enjoy their stay.
We are looking for singles/couples/working professionals/students. We are easy going and are flexible to most people's needs.
