il faut marcher un peu de la Gare Noisy le Grand  Mont d'Est 8 mins environ ou 2 arrêts de bus.
Joli design cuisine-sall de séjour n grand salle de séjour, chambre séparée avec sa port et acoté de la salle de bain - douche baignoire, il y a tout dans la chambre ( un double lit, un grand armoire , 2 tables , chaises , etc ). le WC séparé. il y a  aussi 2 placards.
cusine equipée , blaque eléctrique , micro ond, 2 frigo, etc .
le loyer 370/ mois tout charge comprise ( élcectricité + internet  illimité haut dibét 20Mb/s si vous avez un pc + TV service plus de 100 chaneaux + service télephone en France ( vers  les fixs uniquement et limité en france ) mais j'ai que un seul TV ! .
la périod possible même  courte périod ,  le choix  possible , en partageant la cuisine et les toilettes.
note :
pas de machine à laver c'est en commune dans la résidnece 3E /1 lavage .
