There is a large kitchen, two living room/dining rooms, laundry and storage room. The entire house is built in brick and French tiles, glass doors and windows made of solid wood (rare in Brazil). The floors in the gallery and in the house are made with resistible, dark green androsia tiles and the roof has been built to accommodate another floor if desired.
As explained before, the house is divided into three areas or "wings"; main, east and west.
The west wing (left) is complete in that it has its own living room, bathroom and bedrooms, making an excellent guest house.
The west wing consists of:
Living room (7,40 x 3,60m) Three window and a glass door with shutters to the main gallery. Hall (3,30 x 1,90m) connects the living room to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom #2 (3,40 x 1,70) with window and wooden door, access to hall and door to front of the house (south).
Bedroom #3 (4,20 x 3,70) with window with shutters and internal wooden door to hall.
Bedroom #4 (3,30 x 4,75) with glass door and shutters to the garden (north), one window with shutters.
Bathroom (3,30 x 2,74) Complete, door to hall and two small windows. Main House:
Kitchen (7,10 x 3,70m) Two glass doors and shutters to the main gallery. Two window, one with shutters. Two sinks and white marble working surface.
Living / Dining room (9,00 x 7,10m) Ceiling, 4 metres high, made of wood and white-rose wood beams. More info upon request.
