The plot is one kanal ie:20  Marlas.
The construction is about 17years old but maintained and is in 1st class order.
I am selling fully furnished available immediately. I will have to pick up my  belonging and books of my beloved dad who passed away in Nov 06. How ever i shall try to describe the house to you as best as i can.
It is situated in N block Perhaps the largest house of the block .
Detached House has all four walls of its own. It has three floors although from the  out side it appears as two floors.

Also has a passage and Kitchen .Then the stairs leads to 2nd floor where we have two bed rooms with shower and WC both brand new and not used at all This could be called Bed room 8 & 9.These bedroom also have independent kitchen brand new never used. fully tiled bath and kitchen.
Door leading to the roof you have a big water tank of 5000 Lt and a servant room for a live in servant.
The 2nd floor flat has independent heating and water supply system because of height. you have two

Has cable TV on all floors. and one  3 phase and one single phase electric connection. and gas supply. water is on meter. we have recently changed entire cold and hot water supply pipe lines on the advise off my late father. Now we come back to the ground floor and go to the back of the house  
we have shower WC for servants and service men. stair leads to a balcony leading access to  2 servant quarters . We have smart front garden with various plants and bush also has a large birds Avery or a cage where i have about 40 birds .Also has many water connection for watering plants and washing cars and cleaning. i have very loyal servant who may well wish to continue with new owner.
The property is in my name i live in England and am ex Bank executive presently running a financial services company in England also have business interest in Pakistan.
