de Object description The apartment is in the 1st floor (2nd Amer.) of a small housing estate with a separate entrance.

There is a parking space as well as a garden area.  From the south balcony there is a beautiful view of the mountains.

 From the garden there is a direct view of the Schliersee.  The apartment has been renovated completely and has a fitted kitchen.

 The floors are provided with real wood parquet and the kitchen is laminated.  The bathroom is tiled brightly and includes a sink, WC and a bath tub.

 Our quiet, idyllic and convenient owner-occupied apartment is located directly near the lake and only a few minutes from the city center.  It is at the end of a road.
