N8940034 This former farm (1-2 family country house) has great traffic accessibility.  It is only 10 minutes by car to the highway leading from Berlin to Hamburg (not audible / quiet position), approx.

15 kms from the highway leading from Berlin to Rostock.  The country house / farm was altered to be a restaurant with an extra apartment (craft house), with a partial cellar and a converted attic.
