Position
The property is in the town of S.Casciano Val di Pesa, in the area from Mercatale Val di Pesa to Greve in Chianti. The region is famous for its renowned wine companies and is located just 25 km from Florence.

Building
THE MANOR HOUSE: built during the second post war period in place of another preexistent farmhouse, it follows the style of the Florentine country residences of the XVII century. The villa has a surface of about 1,200sqm and includes a chapel, the wine-barrel cellar and some terraces. At present, it is in good conditions and is used as a vacation home.
1st FARMHOUSE: the 400 sqm farmhouse is very interesting from an architectural point of view, because it includes a Longobard sighting tower, some porticos and a buildable area. It is placed at the beginning of the avenue which leads to the manor house and is in need of total renovation.
