AD0014 A beautiful object on the border between Landes and Gironde.  It is in the middle of the forest in a completely quiet location.

 The house was built in the 18th century with annexes and is on a property of more than 1 hectare.  There are many oaks, but also a beautiful flower-garden (partly Japanese), and a traditional bread oven (conserved monument!).

The natural stone annex is in perfect condition and is immediately obtainable. The whole region belongs to the Regional Natural Park of the country of Gascoigne and is a protected area.

 Although it is a quiet location, here you can reach the cities of Langon and Bazas (medieval city) in a half an hour.  The Atlantic ocean can be reached in an hour as well as the international airport of Bordeaux.

 A big, restored barn with a carport for 2 vehicles exists, the bread stove, the country house with a kitchen (completely aligned), and a big living room of almost 90 M2 with fireplace, bedrooms (and there is also a mezzanine on the 1st floor (2nd Amer.)).

The country house shows the unique traditional style.  Very beautiful floors in the whole ground floor.

The 2nd house is a natural stone building.  Exterior and interior were completely renovated with first-class materials.

 In the 1st floor (2nd Amer.) is a bathroom and 2 (possibly 3) bedrooms.

 This floor has a massive wooden floor.  Complete insulation, electric heating by means of radiators.

 From the bedrooms there is a delightful view (high sliding windows, double glass) of the whole property. Additionally there is still a kitchen garden and an fenced meadow for animals (sheep, chickens, etc).

 Water well exists on the property for irrigating the garden.
